Applications

Our reactive dyes are designed for versatile application across textile dyeing, printing, yarn processing, and garment finishing.

Textile dyeing

Cotton, linen, viscose, rayon, and polyester/cellulose blends

  • Exhaust dyeing by standard and isothermal methods
  • Pad-dry-pad-steam (PDPS) continuous dyeing
  • Pad-dry-thermofix (PDT) for polyester/cellulose blends
  • Cold pad-batch dyeing with sodium silicate/caustic soda
  • Open-vat, package, jet, jig, winch, and padding mangle machinery

Yarn dyeing

Package, hank, and loose stock dyeing

  • High exhaustion for even shade penetration on yarn
  • Excellent levelling across package and hank dyeing
  • Suitable for tightly wound packages and high twist yarns
  • Good reproducibility batch-to-batch
  • Applicable with HE and bi-functional dyes for reduced effluent load

Printing

Direct, discharge, and resist printing on cellulosic fabrics

  • One-phase steaming process at 100°C for 3-7 minutes
  • Two-phase steaming with alkali padding for reduced urea usage
  • One-phase baking (thermo-fix) process at 140-170°C for H dyes
  • Discharge printing with VS dyes for bright, clean whites
  • Compatible with synthetic thickeners and standard printing auxiliaries

Garment dyeing

Ready-made garment and piece goods processing

  • Consistent shade reproduction across garment batches
  • Low-temperature processes suitable for delicate constructions
  • Bi-functional dyes for excellent wash-off and minimal staining
  • HE dyes for reduced cost and pollution in high liquor ratios
  • Colour matching support for buyer-specific requirements
