Spectrophotometric testing
Standardized light & shade calibration
We use modern reflection and transmission spectrophotometers to verify the exact spectral curves of our dyes. This ensures there are no metamerism deviations and that the batch looks identical under various standard illuminants (D65, TL84, CWF).
Quality assurance framework
Lot-by-lot Q/C
Every production lot undergoes comprehensive quality control before dispatch. Our Q/C lab tests each batch for shade, strength, solubility, and fastness — documented for traceability.
Fastness testing
Full fastness profiling per ISO standards: light (ISO 105-B02), washing (ISO 105-C03), perspiration (ISO 105-E04), rubbing (ISO 105-X12), chlorinated water (ISO 105-E03), and hot pressing (ISO 105-X11).
R&D laboratory
Equipped with UV Scanner, Spectrophotometer, and automatic fabric dyeing machines. Our R&D team develops new formulations, matches shades, and validates application processes.
Batch consistency
Strict in-process controls and standardised manufacturing procedures ensure batch-to-batch consistency. We maintain reference standards for every product in our catalogue.
Documentation
Technical data sheets with solubility, fastness, and application parameters available for every product. We support buyers with the documentation needed for their own quality systems.
Standards compliance
Testing and evaluation per AATCC and ISO standards. Rating scale of 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent) for all fastness parameters, with documented cross-section evaluation for penetration.

Fastness rating scale
All fastness ratings are reported on a standardized 1-5 scale, where 1 represents poor performance and 5 represents excellent performance.
